Terms of this Offer

Who can participate

You must be 18 years or older and have previously ordered from Crutchfield to take advantage of this offer. Claims from dealers/distributors, their employees, groups, clubs or Crutchfield employees will not be accepted. Void in New York State and where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted by law. Offer good only in the USA.

Program restrictions

Program merchandise credits and/or offer information may not be transferred, repackaged or sold. This offer may not be combined with any other Crutchfield offer or any other affiliate program. Individuals or organizations may not publish or advertise this program on the internet. Neither the referred friend, nor the referrer shall be deemed an agent of Crutchfield for any purpose whatsoever and shall not have any right or authority to assume or create any obligation of any kind on behalf of Crutchfield.

About the $20 merchandise credit you receive

For every new friend you refer to Crutchfield, you will receive a merchandise credit in the sum of $20. Merchandise credits cannot be redeemed for cash, or transferred to any other individual and/or entity.

Who we consider to be a "new friend "

The individual you refer to Crutchfield:

1. Must have never purchased from Crutchfield prior to being referred by you.
2. Must provide us with your Crutchfield Referral Code (your Crutchfield Referral Code can be found on your Account Summary page).
3. Must provide us with a valid U. S. name, address, and telephone number. This information is taken during placement of an order (purchases from Crutchfield's retail store(s) are specifically excluded).
4. Must reside at a different physical address from you.
5. Must not be an employee of Crutchfield or any affiliate of Crutchfield.

About the $20 credit your friend receives

In order to receive the $20 credit, your friend must provide all information detailed above through one of the following methods.

1. Phone Orders: Your friend must mention your Referral Code when placing their order.
2. Crutchfield.com Orders: Your friend must enter your Crutchfield Referral Code on the Payment Method page of the online Checkout Form.
3. Mail or Fax Orders: Your friend must write the words "REFERRAL PROGRAM" as well as your Referral Code across the top of the order form.
4. Your friend must speak with a sales advisor at 1-888-292-2504 and provide all information detailed above.

Your friend's credit will be applied to their first order totaling at least $200 of merchandise, exclusive of charges for shipping, handling and/or taxes.

How many referrals are allowed

You may refer no more than 2 new customers within any 30-day period. If you exceed these limits, you may not receive the Crutchfield credits.

The rights we reserve

Crutchfield reserves the right to audit any claims, request additional information regarding any claims and to void any claim(s) which cannot be substantiated. Crutchfield reserves the right to amend the terms, alter the merchandise credit amount, or to cancel this offer at any time without prior notice at the sole and absolute discretion of Crutchfield. Should the new customer return for credit any portion of their initial order within 30 days of purchase, we reserve the right to rescind your merchandise credit.
