Digital Noise Canceling Technology: Featuring Sony's advanced digital
signal processing technology, ambient noise is reduced by up to 98.2% with the
Sony MDR-NC200D premium digital noise canceling headphones.
Intelligent Auto-Selection: Not all ambient noise is the same. When
you press the Artificial Intelligence (AI) button, the headphones will
automatically select the optimal noise canceling mode (for airplane, bus/train, or
office) based on intelligent analysis of environmental ambient noise. The AI
button is located on Left ear-pad.
Passive Listening: The Sony MDR-NC200D allows audio listening even
when the power is turned off. If you are listening in an already quiet
environment, you can save the battery for later. Or should your battery run out
mid-flight and you not have a spare, you'll still be able to listen without the
noise canceling activated.
Comfortable Listening: The lightweight, super soft on-ear design
allows for comfortable wearing over long periods of time. Ergonomically shaped
flexible ear-pads and the adjustable headband also allow for a proper fit,
making them a great companion on long flights.
Battery Powered: A single AAA battery (included) provides up to 22 hours of
listening time. The battery is inserted into the Left ear-pad. The Power button
is found on the Left ear-pad.
Detachable Headphone Cable: The Sony MDR-NC200D comes with a
detachable 61" headphone cable terminated by a straight 3.5mm connector on one
end (which plugs into the Left ear-pad) and a right-angle 3.5mm connector on
other end (which plugs into your audio source). The 3.5mm connectors are
gold-plated for excellent signal transfer.
Airplane Adapter: An airplane adaptor is included to use during your next flight.
Dual-Fold System w/ Travel Case: A new and unique folding system
reduces the size of the headphones by nearly 40% when not in use, making them
easier to transport. The Sony MDR-NC200D comes with a convenient travel case.
