The Clarion 2DBKT includes a metal double-din sleeve, a black plastic double-din trim ring, two metal ISO-mounting brackets, and eight machine screws.

      Bought a Pioneer AVH-P2400BT, but later realized it didn't come with a double din mounting sleeve. Decided to go with this instead of the more expensive Pioneer ADTVA133 sleeve after reading a Crutchfield positive review as well some Mercedes forums hearing that the Clarion 2DBKT trim fits perfect with minimal trimming. Fitment was perfect and mounting was straight-forward with the Clarion's supplied hardware.

      Quality hardware, perfect fitment for the 2001 Mercedes Benz CLK

      When installing a double din head unit in a vehicle already equipped with an existing double din. You simply transfer the existing brackets and usually its a
      painless install, but when installing one in a custom application a sleeve such as
      this is essential!! This sleeve is very strong and allowed for a very secure install in
      my 1992 Ford SHO

      I expected this to be a universal mounting kit that I could use with the DIN sleeve that came with my new stereo, unfortunately that was not the case.

      This is just a DIN sleeve and trim ring, not a mounting kit.

      I installed a pioneer nav unit with this kit. It worked EXCELLENT. I only had to sand the trim ring a little in the corners. The best option for Mercedes out there.

      Used this kit to fit a Pioneer AVIC-D3 Navigation unit in a 2000 Saab 9-5
      Aero. The sleeve and brackets fit the unit perfectly and the trim ring fit
      better than the ring included with the Nav unit, and also matched the dash
      perfectly.
