Inputs and Outputs Notes
No Video Switching: The
STR-K700 has no video inputs, only audio inputs. Therefore, the video outputs of
the system's components should be connected directly to the TV.

Speaker
System
Satellite
Speakers: The speaker
system consists of two SS-MSP700 front satellite speakers, two SS-SRP700 rear
satellite speakers, and a matching
SS-CNP700 center channel speaker. Each speaker has a 2.75"
full-range driver. Each enclosure is covered by a
non-removable black metal grille. The front and center satellites have 11-1/2'
lengths of speaker wire hardwired to the speaker, and the rear satellites have
32' lengths of speaker wire.
Mounting:
The M5 threaded female inserts on
the back of the front and rear satellite speakers allow them to be mounted using optional brackets or
stands. You can also wall mount them with a single screw if you use the
integrated keyhole slot. If you do not wish to mount the speakers on the
wall or stand, you can place them
on any flat surface using the supplied self-adhesive foot pads. Note: The
center speaker has no threaded insert or keyhole slot.
Subwoofer Driver and Enclosure: The
SS-WP700 subwoofer has an 7-7/8" front-firing cone driver, powered by a 135-watts amplifier
channel in the receiver. For
extended bass response, the woofer is loaded in a bass-reflex enclosure with a
front-firing port. An 11-3/4' length of speaker wire is hardwired to the
subwoofer.
Video-shielded:
The front satellites, center channel speaker and subwoofer are video-shielded, allowing them to be placed near your
television without causing picture distortion. The rear satellites are not video
shielded.
