Good sounding speaker,smooth highs,decent bass response.Installed in a 2000 Lincoln LS front doors. a bit overpowered by the rear speakers ( pioneer's) but nothing the fader cant fix.

Pros:

good sound,well built,inexspensive

could be more efficient

I was looking to upgrade my audio system in my 1999 mustang and get rid of my cassette player and busted speakers and after a crutch field advisor recommended these over the Polk speakers I thought I would give them a try. With the included adaptor install took me about 45 mins. They sound great, good clear mids and an impressive amount of bass for not having a sub. I paired these with the 6X8 baffles and that also helps bass response! Overall awesome speakers

Ordered these as an upgrade to my son's Ford Explorer. I installed both front and rear using the Ford harness that was shipped free. I was impressed with the change with the factory unit, but once we installed a new Pioneer head unit, these speaker really came alive. Very impressed with the sound for the price. Not a ton of bass, and we really did not expect this, but for midrange and high end, these sound great with the factory sub. Major improvement over the premium sound speakers that came factory with the truck.

I got them with a pair of Pioneer TS-G1344R to replace the old speakers in my Son FD RX7. The went in easy no problem. My son is happy he said it sounds so much better.

Great sounding speakers that are well built! I have a total of 4 pairs of these in 2 vehicles and wouldnt pick any other speaker! Kicker has been making top notch products for years and you simply cannot find a better speaker for the price.

If I would have know the difference a new set of speakers would have made in my 05 F-150 I would have made this purchase years ago. The speakers dropped right into the front and rear doors and Crutchfield made the install easy by including the wiring adapters and detailed instructions on door panel removal.

The speakers sound great coupled with the factory head unit. Even better performance now that I have added a JVC head unit. Can't wait until I add a amp next to go to another level.

These Speakers produce great full range sound with my lower powered deck unit. With the help of the crutchfield install guide and speaker cables, I had all four installed in my F250 CC in a matter of minutes! I like the sound and better use of power of these two ways vs higher dollar three and four way speakers.

These speakers sound great! I listen to a lot of different types of music and everything I've played on them sounds perfect. I also tested them with the factory radio in my Ford F-150 before I changed it out and they sounded great. They're even better with a new head unit! The installation was simple. Crutchfield will send you a guide specific to your vehicle and a child could follow it. Also, the wiring harness they provide works perfect. Simply unscrew and unplug your old speakers and plug these right in. Easy!

Bought these to replace factory speakers in my 2006 F150 (one speaker had gone bad so I replaced them all). I kept my factory head unit since I wasn't looking to do a major system upgrade, more like a repair job. These speakers are perfect for that application, good price, great sound and don't require a lot of power. Certainly a better sound sound than factory too, very crisp with a nice ottom end, Crutchfield had all the adapters, accessories and an instruction sheet making installation a breeze.

If you want louder bass from these speakers without a subwoofer. Then get a 2 or 4 channel amp (depending on how many you get) to drive them to their specified wattage. I put 4 in my f150 with a kicker Sub and a 5 channel amp and it's fricken awesome

These speaker are 10X better than the stock!!!! I put 4 of these in my 1998 mustang and they made a world of a differene!! The factory clips that come with they were amazing so I could keep a clean connection and made it look VARY perfessional! I love kicker and these speakers! :)

You need to get some tweeters with them because they are good but with some high end these speakers sound amazing!!

I purchased these for the rear deck of my Mustang GT, wished they could of improved the bass output a little more. Dispite having a large magnet compared to the stock speakers they produce about the same bass as the stock speakers. Overall I think I need to replace the stock stereo for sure.

Not enough bass, get a sub with these for sure.

the bass is no where near as loud as the stock speakers were in my 97 Taurus. The sound quality is good though to me it's not much different then the sound of the stock speakers. I liked the price and it was my first time buying after market speakers but next time I think I will go with something with louder bass

low bass and sound doesn't go very loud in my personal opinion.

Speakers do sound different in my Saleen Mustang Convertible which has the Mach stereo system. The sounds were clearer but the bass was not as hard hitting like the stock probably because the stock was more paper and easier to push than these more competitive speakers. Overall they sounded fine for daily driving and a normal stereo setup.

Pros:

All music sounds are clear and crisp.

Cons:

Bass was loud but reasonable.
