To know me is to know that I'm an absolute nut about A/V gear and the entertainment they provide. That's why being an Advisor here at Crutchfield is so perfect for me. Over the last ten years (and counting) I've thoroughly enjoyed helping people choose, use and enjoy our products and services. I especially like establishing a personal relationship with my customers, so that they are comfortable coming back to me again and again.
When I'm not at my desk at Crutchfield (or playing with one of my A/V "toys"), I relish the company of my lovely wife and our family. I also have fun writing, gardening, golfing and casting my fishing pole from my johnboat on the James River.

I would like to take a minute to thank Dean. I ordered a Kenwood Head unit and 4 Polk 5 x 7's for my f-150. I got a quote for $175 from a local retailer to install my gear. Dean gave my the pep talk I needed to try it myself. He was dead on, it was a breeze to install the components, and not to mention saving $175 bucks. I will be ordering again, Thanks Dean.
