Features
Overview: The Sennheiser VMX 200 is an in-ear accessory
headset for a Bluetooth mobile phone. It can be worn in either ear, and comes
with 4 different sized ear adapters so you can find one that fits. The headset
allows you to carry on a phone conversation totally hands free.
Bluetooth Compatibility: The headset is compatible with the
Bluetooth Version 3.0 + EDR standard for hands-free communication, with HSP
(headset profile) and HFP (hands free profile). It is backwards compatible with
Bluetooth 1.1, 1.2, 2.0, and 2.1 devices. Transmission range is up to 10 meters
(33 feet). You can use the headset with two connected Bluetooth devices
simultaneously.
VoiceMax: The VMX 200 has two built-in omni-directional
electret microphones that work together to remove external noise and emphasize
your voice so it's strong and clear. With two microphones instead of one, the
VMX 200 can determine the direction that sound comes from. The built-in software
can eliminate unrelated noise while sending only your voice back over the
telephone.
Controls: The VMX 200 has three buttons: two side-mounted
buttons control the volume (Volume up, Volume down, Mute, Unmute), and the
top-mounted multi-function button turns the device on and off, pairs it with
your phone, and controls the calls.
Battery Powered: The VMX 200 is powered by a built-in
Lithium-Polymer rechargeable battery. The battery charges in about 2 hours (2.5
hours initially) via USB, either with the included AC adapter or plugged into
your computer. A fully powered battery provides approximately 6 hours of talk
time, and 10 days of standby time.
