How can I place an order?

Mail: Click here to download our printable order form. Then, simply fill out the details and send your order, along with payment, to this address:

Fax: You can also send us the printable form via fax. Fill out your details, and fax the form to 1-800-388-9756 or 1-434-817-1010. (Please note this second number is not toll-free.)

Note: Please do not submit credit or debit card numbers via email. Email is not a secure form for transmitting this information. Orders paid by international credit card require extra processing. Shipping estimates do not include processing time.

Payment Methods

Credit/debit card: We accept cards (including international cards), provided they have the logo of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Network. Please allow additional time for international cards.

Check/money order: We accept check and money order (issued in US dollars).

Western Union: We accept the “Prepaid” and “QuickCollect” services. (Availability varies by location. Please contact your local Western Union office for details.)

PayPal: We accept PayPal but only from US-based PayPal accounts.

Note: We are unable to accept bank transfers at this time. We do not currently offer layaway.
