Features
Overview: The Energy Power Bar Elite was developed to both
significantly improve television and movie sound by simulating a multi-speaker
surround sound system. It instantly upgrades your TV sound without requiring a
separate receiver and multiple speakers. The Energy Power Bar Elite consists of
a self-powered soundbar speaker and a 10" wireless powered subwoofer. The system
features an elegant black satin finish to blend in with your TV and decor.
Soundbar w/ CSM (Convergent Source Module) Technology: The Energy
Power Bar Elite soundbar speaker features a built-in 2ch amplifier and two-way
speaker design. There are two 0.75" soft-dome tweeters mated to four 3" midbass
IMG (injected molded graphite) drivers for highly detailed, high output sound for almost any size room. The
drivers are aligned in the exclusive Energy Convergent Source Module (CSM);
meaning the tweeter and woofer are placed in close proximity and act as a single
source to provide wide dispersion, low distortion, and a flat frequency
response.
Wireless Powered Subwoofer: The Energy Power Bar Elite comes with a
wireless powered subwoofer which features a built-in amplifier, 10" side-firing composite woofer, and
bass-reflex (ported) enclosure for high-efficient bass. The advanced 2.4 GHz wireless technology
automatically connects the powered subwoofer and self-powered soundbar
speaker together. Because the powered subwoofer is wireless and not restricted
by an audio cable, you can place the powered sub almost anywhere in the room (up
to 50' from the soundbar speaker). The wireless powered sub has a separate
volume control (on the rear-panel) from the soundbar speaker so you can dial in
the amount of bass you want to hear.
Virtual Surround Sound: The built-in Dolby Digital Decoder allows the
soundbar to automatically reproduce detailed, high-quality sound no matter what
format of sound is coming from the TV's output. The 3D Surround Mode adds
spaciousness to the sound, simulating the effect of having multiple speakers
surrounding you.
Analog & Digital Connection: The soundbar speaker is designed to
quickly connect to your TV with either an analog (RCA) or digital (optical)
connection. An included digital optical cable connects to your TV's digital
output and then to the back of the soundbar speaker. For TV's without an optical
audio output, there is a 2-channel RCA analog input and cable included to
connect to it.
Remote Control: The remote control learning feature allows
the system to function via your existing TV remote, or you have the option of
using the included IR wireless remote control. You can control Source, Volume
Up/Down, and Mute.
Mounting Options: The soundbar speaker can be positioned on
a shelf or stand using the supplied rubber feet. It can also be wall-mounted using its dual keyhole slots
and included easy-to-use template. The keyhole spacing is 28.125". The 2.5" soundbar depth provides for an
aesthetic match to either a wall-mounted or table-top TV.
Power Requirements: Both the soundbar speaker and powered subwoofer
must be plugged in an AC outlet using the included AC power supply and AC power
cords.
Auto Standby: The soundbar speaker and the powered
subwoofer will automatically go into a standby or "sleep" mode if they do not
receive an audio signal from your TV, Satellite, or Cable Box for approximately
10 minutes.
