Replacing my rear speakers in a '93 Nissan 240sx these kicker speakers were a great solution. With a far superior pitch range and great output the speakers are great for the middle and high frequency audio. Bass and low frequent bypasses or eliminators would be a good idea since it naturally doesn't translate low frequency at average volume well. Took about half an hour to install with the included hardware. They are the perfect compliment to the 5 1/4 kickers. I have a 98 Jeep Wrangler so the sound is basically at you're knees if you have them in the speaker wells. I installed them as my first audio modification to the car, I could immediately tell a difference, they put out a lot of power and have a very flexible range, I would defiantly recommend them as an addition to your sound system.
