Because we expect our advisors to stay with us a long time, we invest a lot in their
professional development. Your personal advisor completed 13 weeks of classroom
and hands-on installation training before taking calls and receives ongoing training
on new products and technologies. Many of our advisors, such as those in our
A/V Design Group, have attained CEDIA
or MECP certification.
We also invest a lot in the tools that help your advisor serve you proficiently.
He or she has instant access to the industry's largest database of fit information
for car stereos. We have taken apart thousands of vehicles and meticulously measured
and photographed the spaces behind dashboards and door panels.
Likewise, we thoroughly examine the products we offer and record our findings in
a vast product information database. This hands-on approach stokes our passion for
the gear. At the same time, it helps your personal advisor make better recommendations
