Overview: The Alpine KTX-CMO Perfect Fit Installation Package
allows seamless integration of select 2010-2011 Alpine Audio/Video Navigation head
units into a 2010+ Chevrolet Camaro.
- Head Unit Compatibility: Included are
all the parts (dash adapter, wiring adapter, antenna adapter,
and hardware) needed to install an Alpine INA-W900, INA-W900BT,
or INA-W910 Audio/Video Navigation system in your 2010+ Chevrolet
Camaro.
- Vehicle Compatibility: The KTX-CMO Perfect
Fit Installation Package is designed specifically for 2010-up
Chevrolet Camaros.
OEM-Like Appearance: The KTX-CMO package has been specifically
fitted and engineered to fit a 2010+ Chevrolet Camaro perfectly. It comes with a
specially formed OEM-grade, high quality/high strength ABS plastic radio housing
that is color matched to the dash. This allows the unit to precisely fit not only
the vehicle, but also the radio. In addition, extra care is taken to match the
factory dash's shape, texture, and color ensuring a more OEM-like appearance.
Unlike traditional universal dash kits, the Alpine Perfect FIT packages include
direct fit OEM-like brackets to ensure sturdy support and accurate positioning
of the radio in your vehicle's dash.
Climate & Convenience Controls: The KTX-CMO features an
integrated touchscreen interface and push-button controls that replace the factory
climate, convenience, and personalization controls built-in your Camaro's factory
GM radio. This solution provides improved ergonomics while adding touchscreen
capabilities unique to this system. The touchscreen interface and push-button
controls provide the following operations:
- Power door lock control
- Hazard warning flashers
- Menu Settings
- Temperature control
- Fan speed
- Air flow/vent control
- Defog/defrost control
- Air conditioning
- Heated seats
- Display screen settings
Plug & Play: This package comes with everything pre-wired
and all connections clearly marked for simple plug & play installation into the
factory Chevy Camaro harness. You get all the necessary hardware for your INA-W900,
INA-W900BT, or INA-W910 inside the box.
Steering Wheel Controls: For 2010+ Camaros with factory
steering wheel audio controls, the KTX-CMO retains the capability to control
the INA-W900, INA-W900BT or INA-W910 system volume, source selection, and
playback controls.
OnStar Compatible (optional): If your 2010-up Chevrolet Camaro
is equipped with OnStar, you will need to purchase the Alpine OnStar Module
(500KCXOSGM, sold separately) to retain OnStar functionality.
Bluetooth Connection: The KTX-CMO's wiring includes adaptors
so you can connect Alpine's KCE-250BT or KCE-400BT Bluetooth module (sold
separately).
