These brackets didn't fit my Polk MM6501 speakers in my 06 STI. Why did they send me these? This ended up making a lot more work for me.

Did not fit in wife's 2005 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport - not even close to lining up. I ended up using factory brackets and cutting out the 'guts' of those.

Well, speaker fit in to the bracket and bracket fits into the rear door..... I mean fits. It is going thru door opening. The bracket is way too small

These were used on my '88 Bronco II to mount a 4" speaker in place of a 5" speaker. they fit perfectly. The only thing I would suggest would be to mount the speaker to them BEFORE putting them in. I had to screw in 6 screws each, with no room on the dash. If I had thought to mount the speakers first, it would have cut the work in half.

Got these as when I ordered a pair of Alpine type-s 4" for the dash on my '89 Crown Vic. Speakers fit in fine, but I had some trouble getting them into the factory openings. The left one took a little finagling to get it in right. The right bracket, however, was off by about 1/ 4" and I could only get 3 of the four screws in, resulting in a small amount of rattling at lower frequencies. Hopefully a baffle will fix this.
