Installed in rear deck of 2000 Civic to replace factory origs. Sound is excellent, with good low end. Mounting instrucs were spot-on, unlike instrucs for front door Sony Xplod XS-GTX1642s (see review).

Pros:

Trouble-free install; good overall sound from low-end speakers.

None.

Great stock speaker replacement. Suprisingly strong bass response, great tweeter. Wish there was more mid range, likely due to two way design and polypropelene cone. Nice build quality. Overall very satisified with sound quality and output level off our factory CD player in our 1999 Honda Civic. Even shakes the rear view mirror with wimpy stock head unit! Great value for the money we spent.

Better mid range response.

A slight upgrade over factory rear speakers in my 2001 Blazer, but I was was hoping for more. Should have spent a little more money and got something better. For the price, I'm content.

Good speakers! When one of the rear factory speakers died, I was looking for a replacement that wouldn't cost me a lot of money. The Sound OrdnanceT P-69 was a good price, and they were better quality speakers that the factory originals.

I bought these to replace the factory rear speakers in my 2003 Honda Accord, and I am very pleased with them. I agree with the majority of the ratings and comments on here - they sound very good, especially for the price. I am running them on an Alpine 45W amp, though they sounded great with my 25W head unit also. I have a sub, so I don't push them too hard for bass. They sound really decent, so don't be scared away by the price!

I just got these installed but I'm very pleased so far. Good sound (although I do not stress my speakers) and a great price. I do wish that Crutchfield sold the aftermarket adapter.

Good quality, great price.

Cons:

Required an adapter, not sold by Crutchfield, to fit in my Corolla.

Frankly, I bought these speakers because they were the cheapest 6x9's I could find on crutchfield and only expected a nominal increase over my stock speaker experience. I was way off. These speakers offer amazing lows with strong highs. I have had friends question where my subwoofer was when using these speakers.

Great lows, outstanding value

Cons:

Much louder than front speakers (not really a con)

For the price you can't beat them. Great sound if you are just upgrading OEM speakers and leaving the head unit. I had to turn the bass down could not believe how much bass they had. Installed in a 2011 malibu

Easy to install and great affordable sound

Cons:

Only con for me is the cheesy dog tag and tweeter shape.

Awesome replacement for the price...The OE front speakers in my truck opened and no sound. Crutchfield techs. recommended these Sound Ordnance P69's as a good replacement. I was very surprised that the sound was definitely better than the OE speakers. Easy fit into the doors. No problems on the R and R.. Bottom Line-very good speakers for the price..

Pros:

Price and better than OE sounds on Blues and Pop music.

None.

I needed a replacement for the stock Pioneers. One of the originals blew a couple months after hooking up my new CD receiver. Perfect for what I needed. Two of the mounting holes lined up fine the other two I had to open up a little with a tap. Other than that, easy install. They handle all the power I'm getting to them(~35 Wrms per channel).

Pros:

In-expensive, quality replacement for stock Accord speakers.

Cons:

Slight mis-alignment on 2 out of 4 mounting holes.

I was looking for an inexpensive replacement for the crackly, worn out, paper cone speakers in the back deck of my '01 Protege. I had a few options to chose from, but the reviews for the Sound Ordnance P-69 were numerous and very positive. I am very glad I chose these speakers! The highs are extremely crisp, and the mid-range is also fantastic. It sounds like someone is playing in the back seat of my car! The bass is solid, but not overwhelming. With some tweaking of the EQ in my head unit, I was able to get some good rumble. For the money, I could not be happier.

Pros:

-Price -Mid range and highs sound amazing -Easy installation (Thanks Crutchfield for the wiring package)

Cons:

- Bass not booming

These is the second pair i have bought, the first pair went into what was my wife's car a couple of years ago. it is now my son's car. Sounded great right from the start, still sound awesome. I installed the new pair into my car, it was actually a bit more difficult this time around but worked out great afterall. Speakers sound great with new head unit and new component speaker up front.

I was really surprised with how good they sound. A great choice for upgrading stock speakers.

Come with dog tags. Good sound. Budget priced. Clean no frills appearance.
