    What can you say, the kit is built of quality products. The RCA connections are super tight to the back of my head unit which is great so they won't come loose. Cable is covered nice with a think layer of plastic, Not the most flexible but I understood that before I bought it, but thats what more expensive kits are for but you pay extra for flexibility. Nothing a hot hair dryer can't fix. Great kit and the extra 100A fuse was a nice touch.

    I only chose this kit because it was free with my amp. Turns out this kit was perfect and contained everything I needed. The only thing it doesnt come with is speaker wire for between the amp and the speaker. I wouldnt expect the kit to include this anyway, because some installs need 3 feet, and others need 50 feet.
    Pros:
    Qualyty cables with nice appearance.
    Cons:
    Some people say the wires are a little short, but they were just right for reaching my Toyota Tundra Extended Cap pickup backseat floor, I would say they are long enough for 90% of installations.

    I used this kit to install an amp in my 2009 Dodge Mega Cab. All the wires were long enough to go from the radio all the way to behind the rear seat in the middle of the cab. I ran power down one side and cables down the other under kick panels. Zero noise. The kit came with two 100 amp fuses but Crutchfield can get you different amp fuses if you need them.

    Came free with my JL Audio XD400.4. Never used an kit like this before, but it was pretty nice. Because the battery in my Camaro is in the trunk, I had enough wire left over to re-wire my sub amp.

    If your focus is on hooking up amp power and signal input and making it look and perform like a professional installation than this is a very good quality kit that gets the job done well. I did a lot of shopping on other sites and this kit was definitely the right choice. I had confidence I was getting a great product up front because it's from Crutchfield and you know they stand behind it. The downside is the power cable is barely long enough for a midsize car. This kit went into a 2002 Camry and I routed the power as efficiently as possible and it just barely made it to my amp in the trunk pushed up against the rear seat backs There was zero margin. Another foot or two of power cable is really needed if you run into any issues at all when routing in engine compartment or thru firewall. Had to reposition several times to make it work. One other thing to look out for is that the power cable wasn't well seated in the fuse holder. It popped out during installation. Be sure to check the tightness of the allen head screws. Could be a world of hurt if the cable slips out after you are hot.
    Pros:
    Good quality wire and components, includes eveything you need for power and input signal.
    Cons:
    Power cable just barely long enough. Allen screws not tightened well on fuse holder.

    This kit did just the job for me. Great in a super cab truck. The wires are proably too short for a passenger car. I gave it three stars because Crutchfield's website and the support team both say it includes a 100 amp fuse. It does not!!! And in a small town they are hard to come by. This delayed me 4 days over a long weekend.:(

    Great product. Long enough to reach your desired location. Sounds awesome with my JL Audio 600 amp and JL Audio stealthbox. Only problem I had was the plastic case surrounding the power cable that enclosed the fuse was cracked and was not able to use it. But the cables themselves work great.
