I had already installed a DNX890HD about two weeks ago. The DNX's increased power really exposed the weaknesses of my OEM speakers, so I decided it was time to upgrade.... and why not make the whole system Kenwood! I bought two pair of these speaker; they are a direct fit for my 2012 F-150 Crew Cab and the (free) wiring adapters made installation a snap.

Don't let the size or low price fool you, those speakers sound great......a day & night difference compared to the OEM speakers. They have a nice bass to them and a very clear and crisp sound; well worth the money I paid for them.

Easy installation, perfect fit, and excellent sound.

I love these speakers! Ever since I installed these speakers I can hear the instruments in the songs easier than before.

Got these to replace all 4 stock speakers in my 02 Explorer. They were perfect in every way. Even the wire harness's were great

I replaced the stock door and rear deck speakers in my 2007 Mustang GT with these Kenwood KFC-C6894PS speakers and I could not be more impressed. First of all they were a direct fit with absolutely no modifications necessary and secondly they sound freakin awesome. All I can say if you for sure want to replace your rear speakers as well as your door speakers if you use these, reason is they sound so much better that if you only replace the door speakers they will completely overpower the rear speakers if you leave them stock. Be smart, replace all 4.

Pros:

Sound awesome, excellent high's and mid range and even a good amount of bass kick for a 3-way.

Cons:

None, just don't expect any of your stock speakers to be able to keep up if you only replace some, be smart and replace them all.

These were replacement speakers (all 4) in a base model F150. 2 years ago I replaced the radio with an HD and wish that I had not waited so long to replace the factory speakers. Now I have the "highs" that were missing. Also in this project was an 8" Bazooka tube sub woofer.

Solid Speaker

Very nice speaker, priced well, and they put out solid performance. I have these in my rear doors & powered by a Pioneer AVH-P4400BH DVD Receiver. They reproduce highs very well, but are limited on the low frequency; that's why man invented the subwoofer so it's not a big deal.

Pros:

Priced well, reproduction of highs is crisp & clear

Cons:

No low frequency/ not a lot of bass can be produced by these

Sweet speakers. You could spend the same money and get by far a less performing speaker.

Pros:

Sweet sounding at low volume. When you crank them up they will truly surprise you on what they do with no distortion. Even when you like to push the low end. I am not talking about sub woffer replacement. But they hang in there better than anytng I have ever used befor.

I got nothing......

I decided to give these a try based on the reviews. These fit perfect in my 1993 Ford Mustang coupe. And the factory connector plugs that Crutchfield supplied made this the easiest speaker swap that I've ever done. These sound so much better than my factory 20 year old speakers and I hope they last as long too. They are hooked up to my factory amp and they sound flawless. No distortion at all. Couldn't be happier. I highly recommend these.

Just finished installing kenwood KFC-C6894PS in the rear doors of a 2004 Explore. I put the kicker KS68 in the front doors. I was looking to match the base that came out of the stock speakers in the Explorer. Believe you me, they are awesome!!!!!! I have a Clarion head unit. No aftermarket amp, these speakers really rock I'm telling you. There is plenty of base and the highs and the meds are exactly what I was looking for. The install was so easy came with stock wiring harness no cutting no soldering No mass. Door panels a breeze to get off, couldn't believe it. If you're looking for a replacement speakers to go inplace of the old crappy stock ones this is the only choice for the 2004 Ford Explorer ,these are the ones.

Pros:

learned how to remove the door panels of a 2004 Ford Explorer.

Cons:

Couldn't afford to have somebody else install them.

Very nice speakers for the price. Did not have any install with the speakers. Did on my truck, factory wires was cut and they used female blade conmectors on the speakers. Had to called tech support and they told md which wire is which.

Pros:

Right size, price is great and sound is wonderful in my 97 Ford F-150 again.

Cons:

Send wire color codes for type of vichicle just in case some DA cut the factory wires
