An outstanding value, this 150-piece kit includes a crimping tool that firmly attaches connectors to wires ranging in size from 10-gauge to 22-gauge, as well as stripping up to 10-gauge wire. You also get a huge assortment of connectors, two rolls (approx. 25 feet) of PVC electrical tape, 10 wire ties, and 3-1/4 feet of black heat-shrink tubing.

You'll find this kit helpful for many different types of car audio installations. Most in-dash receivers don't come with bullet connectors on the speaker and power leads, so you can use this crimper to connect your Crutchfield wiring harness to the receiver's wires. You'll also need a heat gun or another high-heat source for the heat-shrink tubing (hair dryer will not work).

    Good kit and had a ton of great parts---no worry of running out on one install job, much less a few!
    Pros:
    Lots of parts, two rolls of tape
    Cons:
    needs a box to go with it and the pliers are VERY stiff.

    should've listen to other review before purchased this item . Crimpers is so bad cant even strip the wire . Have to stop by the local store to pick up a WORKING crimper so that i can finish the job. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM YOU WILL BE MAD

    sub-standard crimpers

    Crimpers are horribly made wire cutters do not cut speaker wires and stripers do not close far enough to strip insulation. I had to use a leatherman to cut and strip the wires after spending good money on this "crimptool"

    Cheap... It can't strip wires... do not buy it.
    Pros:
    Still crimped wires good.
    Cons:
    It couldn't strip the wires. And the wire cutters were terribly dull.
