Overview: The Sanus VisionMount MC1A full-motion ceiling mount allows
you to mount a medium-sized flat-panel TV in places where wall mounting is
difficult or not possible. This mount can be used for corner placement as well.
It is recommended for 23" to 40" flat panel TVs or monitors up to 70 pounds.
Construction: The MC1A is made of rigid extruded aluminum with a
durable anodized finish for a high-tech look that compliments your home theater
equipment.
VESA-compatible Mounting Brackets: The MC1A comes with two
interchangeable VESA mounting plates. The small plate can accommodate VESA 75
(75mm x 75mm) and VESA 100 (100mm x 100mm) patterns. The large mounting plate
has screw patterns for VESA 200 (200mm x 200mm), VESA 200 x 100, and VESA 100.
The keyhole slots in the mounting plates allow you to easily place the plates on
the TV. The mount comes with M4, M5, and M6 mounting hardware in different lengths to accommodate most TVs. For TVs with curved back panels, a variety of spacers is provided for a secure fit.
Adjustable Height: The unit allows you to adjust the height of the TV
for perfect positioning. You can raise or lower the TV in a range of
approximately 1-3/4".
Virtual Axis 3D: The cup-shaped faceplate design allows you to
effortlessly tilt or
swivel the TV up to 15° in any direction without the use of tools. A single knob
allows you to tighten the faceplate in the position you desire.
Wire Channel: The back of the pillar assembly contains a built-in wire
management system to protect and conceal cables. A plastic cover is included to
cover the wire channel for a finished look.
Required Tools: Installation of the MC1A requires the following tools:
- Phillips-head screwdriver
- Socket wrench with 1/2" socket
- Drill with 3/16" drill bit
- Electronic stud finder
