Hate the idea of placing a center channel speaker below your flat-panel TV, or of drilling holes in your wall to mount it? The CSB-1206-BLK is a small shelf that easily attaches to the top of your flat-panel TV, so you can place a center channel speaker above it. It's also great for getting slim components, like a DVD player, up off your component rack when you need the space.

This shelf is designed for small- and medium-sized center channel speakers with a maximum depth of 6". Thick rubber caps at the end of the legs tighten against your TV to keep the shelf securely in place. You can also adjust the mounting screws to angle the speaker down towards your listening position for better sonic performance. The top plate of the shelf is fitted with a foam strip on the bottom to protect the finish on your TV, and comes with a non-slip mat to keep the speaker from sliding around.

    Overview: Center Stage Brackets were developed to meet the growing demand for brackets that would allow consumers to place center channel speakers and other home theater components on top of flat-panel LCD, LED, and Plasma television displays.

    High-Grade Aluminum Construction: The Center Stage Bracket is constructed of high-grade aluminum and used adjustable steel hardware. It is available in a power coated gloss-black finish. Each bracket is outfitted with a protective foam strip (which protects the television) and comes with a non-slip mat to keep your center speaker securely in place and free from damage or sliding.

    Low-Profile Design: This low-profile model (Small CSB 1206 BLK) is designed to accommodate television installations in nearly any home theater setup which are freestanding. This model is suited for small and medium-sized speakers which have a maximum depth of 6-inches and weigh up to 15 lbs.

    Center Channel Application: The Center Stage Bracket is suited for a wide range of speakers and televisions. The Center Stage Bracket allows speakers to be easily and quickly  mounted on top of modern flat-panel televisions that are freestanding. The Center Stage Bracket is aesthetically pleasing and allows the center channel speaker to be placed in an optimal position without damage to the television.

    Component Application: The Center Stage Bracket is also very effective at holding various audio/video components on top of flat-panel televisions and computer monitors including Blue-ray players, DVD players, satellite receivers, and cable boxes. In addition, the Center Stage Bracket can be used with Web cams for video conferencing rooms or personal computers.

    Installation: The Center Stage Bracket features a low-profile design that is easy to install. It universally mounts on top of most flat-panel televisions that are freestanding. The Center Stage Bracket features a top plate with a protective foam strip that rests on the top of your flat-panel television, and two adjustable leg supports which clamp to the back of your flat-panel TV for an easy and secure installation. A non-slip mat is provided to place over the top plate to keep your center-channel speaker from sliding.

    A bit pricey for what it is but it works great! Prior to purchasing my center speaker was in side the TV stand. Because of the placement in the TV stand there wasn't much of a separation between center channel and the left and right front speakers.
    Pros:
    Easily mounts center speaker above TV place on a TV stand, very easy to assemble and adjust.
    Cons:
    Cost is a bit high for what it is.

    Works great. No holes in the wall. It moves with your articulating wall mounted TV to focus the sound with the screen. My 17-inch JBL speaker is held nicely. Great solution.
    Pros:
    If it did not work I could return it to Crutchfield and try something else. It works nicely. The tilt of my TV is no problem with the non-slip foam to securely hold my speaker.
    Cons:
    Wish it was less expensive, but I am glad ti find a good product at a fair? price ...I was willing to pay it, and I'm satisfied.

    Very easy install and the stand was definitely sturdy enough for my large Bose center channel. By moving the center speaker off of my tv stand it has dramatically increased the looks of my entertainment system also.

    Ease of install, great speaker placement, relatively unseen.
    Cons:
    I would have like there to be another size option between the huge 30" and 12" version I purchased, perhaps an 18" version would be nice.

    The perfect name for the perfect piece. This bracket places the center channel in a sweet spot that is even better than at the base of a monitor / TV. It supports, makes the speaker look as if it is floating and holds it securely in place. I think it is a bit over priced but I am happy with it.

    This is a unique poduct and there are not many comparable products around as I researched the web extensively. There are not many center speakers small enough to put in front of a tv that sits on a cabinet without blocking the IR sensor. The only products I found were basically portable IR devices and they were no rated highly. The shelf works great and is easy to st-up on the tv. A great find.

    This is a fantastic product. It worked perfectly on my 50" Panasonic plasma. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. I use it for my soundbar, which is probably around 25 lbs. and it has no problem holding it in place. Even better, I used my credit card's cash back program for a Crutchfield voucher and ended up paying nothing for it! Even at full price, it is well worth it, considering there is free shipping. I would definitely recommend this product and I will certainly consider purchasing from Crutchfield again!
    Pros:
    Sturdy yet minimal design -- it virtually disappears once the soundbar is mounted. Also love the free shipping!
    Cons:
    Some customers may be put off by the price but it is worth the money.

    Just what I needed to hold my center speaker on top of my new 55" plasma! Easy assembly. Highly adjustable. Superior quality. Comes in variety of sizes. Nothing else on the market like it. Only sold by Crutchfield in the US. Have already told others to buy.

    The center stage was easy to mount on my thin flat screen TV. It has two different length nuts. I used the long ones for my application since my screen is ultra thin Toshiba LED flat screen. Very fast shipping on this product. I think it only took 2 days to get arrive.

    sturdy, nice and simple center channel space solution. I needed to move my cc speaker to acomodate my new 65 inch 3D plasma as the cc speaker blocked the tv's 3D signal emitter, I was about to drill holes for brackets when I stumbled on this alternative, decided to give it a try and it fitted perfectly above my plasma. Very practical cheap solution with no messy drilling etc..

    This is a great product, but I agree the price is a little high. I had rewards that I cashed in for crutchfield ecard, well worth that amount. I did not have space to sit my center channel directly in front of my TV. This works great to sit on top of my 32 Toshiba LCD TV.

    I got this to mount the center speaker for my Energy Take Classic and it fits nicely. I previously had the center channel down by my feet, and this thing gives a huge improvement in sound. The speaker is louder, more direct to ear level now.

    It comes with two short and two long bolts. You use the longer ones on an ultra-thin HD TV, and the shorter ones for others, which is nice because I can still use it should I upgrade TVs. It's a little pricey for what you get, but the materials are high quality, and it's sturdy when it's installed. It also looks very clean, and blends in with most TVs easily. Highly recommended.
