I am a custom AV installer and frequently work with Brian when choosing equipment for a job. He prepares quotes for us and really just simplifies the whole bidding process. Brian is really sharp when helping me design multi zone systems. We have done some 16 zone systems and they can get complicated at times but Brian seems very knowledgeable when troubleshooting and knowing EXACTLY what is needed for the job. I have ordered numerous times from Crutchfield over the years. My most recent transaction was through Brian. I spoke to him twice before placing my order and felt that he was SUPER friendly and patient, whilst offering up professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service as I would expect from one of the reps from Crutchfield. These days, there are many places to order electronics on the Internet, but with people like Brian, he makes Crutchfield one of the places I always come to first. Thanks Brian!

Brian was great!! Very patient, and even tried to resolve my issue, unfortunately it was a technical limitation(Why Kenwood, Why can't I connect more than one add-on? It's 2010!!). Very knowledgeable... Will ask for him again for future orders, Great job with my order.
