Steve Silberman from AudioQuest demonstrates the free Apple Remote App, and how you can use it to turn your iPad®, iPhone® or iPod touch® into a remote for iTunes®.
Tara: Steve Silberman from AudioQuest gave us some great tips on computer audio.
Steve: So this is a great tip, a little trick, if you have an iPad or an iPhone or an iPod Touch. Apple offers a free application they call Remote. So if you download Remote, it will sync all the metadata from your music library in iTunes to your handheld device and then you can just scroll through your screen, see an album you like, select the album, select the song, and it automatically plays the music on your computer and sends it off to your stereo system.
