Overview: The Bose QuietComfort 15 headphones feature exclusive
Bose advancements in noise reduction technology, allowing you to hear less noise and
more of your music and movies. It offers a lightweight fit that stays comfortable
for hours.
In-Line Remote Control: The QC15 headphones include two cables,
one with an in-line remote control and microphone, the other without. The in-line
remote is compatible with select iPods, iPhones, and iPads. Controls include volume,
skip forward or backward, play, pause, accept call, reject call, end call, and engage
Voice Control (with compatible iPods). Compatible iPhone/iPods include iPhone 5,
iPhone 4S, iPhone 4,
iPhone 3GS, 2nd generation iPod classic (120GB), 3rd generation iPod classic (160GB,
introduced in 2009), 2nd/3rd/4th generation iPod touch, 4th/5th/6th generation iPod
nano, 3rd/4th generation iPod shuffle, and iPad/iPad 2.
Note: Only the in-line remote is incompatible
with other iPods. Used only for listening, the QC15 headphones are
compatible with any iPod, iPhone, and most other devices with a
3.5mm headphone jack.
Triport Acoustic Headphone Structure: TriPort acoustic headphone
structure, another Bose exclusive, features tiny vents in the earcups to enable a
tonally-balanced audio performance; including reproduction of deep, low notes from
relatively small and lightweight headphones.
Active Equalization: Active equalization electronically tunes
the headphones' frequency response, enabling outstanding audio performance.
Improved Noise Reduction: The Bose QuietComfort 15 headphones
offer significantly improved noise reduction across a wider range of frequencies.
Proprietary Bose innovations now use microphones both inside and outside each earcup
to sense and reduce more of the sounds around you.
Redesigned Ear Cushions: Redesigned ear cushions use new
materials in a proprietary design to establish a critical acoustical seal;
helping to further reduce noise while providing a comfortable fit.
Single/Detachable Audio Cable: The Bose QuietComfort 15
headphones utilize a single, detachable audio cable to offer greater convenience
than standard Y-cables.
Fold-Flat Earcups: Fold-flat earcups rotate 90-degrees for
easy storage and portability in the included case.
Slim Carrying Case: The Bose QuietComfort 15 headphones come
with a slim carrying case to help protect the headphones and accessories during
travel.
