Your order is processed the day we receive it
Most orders placed on our web site by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. With 95% of the items we sell on hand, we're ready to ship most gear when you order.
Standard delivery in 1-7 business days
If your order is being shipped to any of the 50 U.S. states or Puerto Rico, it will arrive at your shipping address in 1-7 business days. (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.) If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include your physical address as the ship-to address for faster delivery.

APO/FPO addresses and other U.S. territories
Most orders are delivered to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories other than Puerto Rico via Priority Mail for our standard shipping rates (above right). Allow extra time for delivery.
Large item special shipping
Large or heavy items, including most TVs, require special shipping. Delivery takes 5-7 business days once your order has been processed. Special shipping includes one of the following services, as detailed on individual product pages:
- Scheduled delivery to your door* — Delivery to the door of your house or apartment.
- In-home delivery* — Delivery to any accessible room of your home. Check dimensions to make sure item will fit through doors and around corners.
*Delivery to physical addresses in 50 United States only. Limited delivery available to Alaska and Hawaii for $99 per item — call 1-888-955-6000 for more details. Sorry, we can't ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders. Free return shipping is not available on these items. Extra charges may apply to items that must be carried up more than 5 flights of stairs. Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses.
