Part not needed

My 2010 Hyundai Accent came radio ready and already had RCA plug for radio. Although the part is not expensive, it should not be included.

2011 Hyundai Accent

Crutchfield Customer Review (What's this?)

I appreciate the fact that Crutchfield supplied this with my kit. It would have
been needed, but my car already had the right connector hooked to the
antenna. Some models may need it. Either way, I'll definitely do business with
Crutchfield again!

Not needed on 2011 Accent GL

Written By gtx_slotcar, gorham, me on Sunday, February 06, 2011

You can't use this on a 2011 Hyundai Accent GL. The GL only comes 'radio ready' and already has a Motorola plug. To be fair, the problem isn't with crutchfield; it's the Metra description.

I got my car without a factory radio installed. Opening up the front pannel revealed this antenna extention already installed in my '09 Accent. This is not needed.
