    Construction: This camera bag is designed for use with larger digital or film cameras and small camcorders. The 5230 is constructed of ballistic nylon and PolyTek for excellent durability. Foam padding provides the necessary protection for your camera.

    Front Zip Pocket: The front portion of the case has a zippered pocket for storing your camera accessories, memory cards, batteries, etc. The approximate internal dimensions of the front pocket are:

    • Width: 5.065"
    • Height: 4.925"
    • Depth: 0.868"

    Top Flap: The total coverage top covers the main compartment and the front pocket. It offers three levels of protection; hook and loop closures for quick access, EasySqueeze quick-release buckles for security and a zipper closure for weather protection.

    Adjustable Shoulder Strap: The case has a shoulder strap that can be adjusted out to approximately 50 inches.

    Belt Loop: The case has a large belt loop.

    Hate it!!!!!!!!!!! Too much trouble to use. The flap on top is way too cumbersome and in the way trying to get the camera in or out. Would never have bought it if I had see how it opened. Whoever designed it obviously didn't plan to use it themselves.

    NONE!
    Cons:
    Flap is in the way every time you try to get the camera in or out of the case.

    Overall, I like this case, but I wasn't too happy with the top of the case. Although it provides good weather protection, it is inconvenient to open as I had to almost roll the front flap over the cover to get to the zipper. I don't take pictures in inclement weather, so something a little simpler would have been sufficient. A detachable shoulder strap would be nice, as well, but is not a significant consideration in this purchase.

    However, it does hold my Coolpix P90 with plenty of room along with the camera peripherals.

    Yes, it works on Canon SX 10 IS

    After reading reviews for cases, I still was not sure if this case would be large enough for the Canon SX10 IS. I compared the interior dimensions with that of the camera and could have called on Crutchfield's advisors, but decided to just get it and hope it worked. It is perfect. It is not big and bulky and cumbersome, holds just what you need (extra batteries, computer cord, manual, shoulder strap) with a little extra space to spare. And if it rains, don't worry. This has a great rain flap so the zipper never sees a drop.

    This bag is the perfect size for me. I have a Nikon Coolpix S550. I am able to fit the camera, charger, instruction book, USB cord, extra batteries and SDHC card in the bag. It has ample space for those of us who are tired of the tiny bags out there. It is not too big for those who do not wish to lug around a large bag either.

    This bag is sturdy, strong, and will give anyone years of use.
