Features

Overview: The Garmin AC/DC to Vehicle Power Adapter allows you to power select Garmin GPS units using common household current. The Power Adapter has a cigarette lighter socket to accept the GPS unit's 12-volt DC power cord. The adapter comes with a slide in 2-prong plug for use in the USA.

Compatibility: The Garmin AC/DC to vehicle power adapter is compatible with the Garmin aera, dēzl, GPSMAP, nüvi, Quest, StreetPilot, and zūmo series GPS units.

Specifications:

  • Input: 100-240V; 0.6A 50-60Hz
  • Output: 12V; 2A

Dimensions: The AC wall plug of the Power Adapter measures 2.178" wide x 3.265" tall x 1.708" deep (not including the prongs). The 12-Volt cigarette lighter socket's internal measurements are 0.825" in diameter x 1.6" deep. The AC wall plug and cigarette lighter receptacle are attached to one another by a 5.5" cord.

Note: The AC plug has been through a recent redesign, and is different than how it appears on the outside of the box.
