Velbon's compact, lightweight PHD-62Q pan head works with Velbon monopods and tripods. It lets you quickly and easily pan and tilt your digital camera or camcorder to almost any position using dual grip handles. Use the three-axis bubble level on the pan head to make sure your shots are precisely lined up. You can also thread the quick-release plate into the tripod socket of your camera and leave it in place. That way, you can quickly attach and detach your camera from the tripod, ensuring that you never miss an unexpected photo opportunity.

Features

Overview: The Velbon PHD-62Q is a 4-way magnesium pan head for use with Velbon tripods and monopods. It has a QB-62 quick release shoe for easily attaching and detaching your D-SLR camera or camcorder. (It can also accept a QB-157 or QB-145 quick release platform.) It mounts to your camera and tripod with a universal 1/4" mounting screw. There is also a 3/8" screw adapter inserts for tripods with 3/8" screws. This 5-1/4" tall pan head is capable of handling equipment up to 17 pounds. It weighs 1.37 pounds.

Interchangeable Handles: The PHD-62Q comes with two panhandles: a 5-5/8" long panning and tilting handle, and a side tilt handle that telescopes from 4-1/2" to 5-1/2". The side tilt handle can be inserted from the left or right sides, whichever you prefer. The handles are also interchangeable.

Bubble Levels: The PHD-62Q has three bubble levels to help you get your pictures level perfect.
