It's all hands on deck and get the party started when you crank up Kicker's KM6200 marine speakers on your boat. The speakers kick out impressive bass from their poly woofers, while titanium dome tweeters mounted in the grilles project incisive highs. And the magnetically shielded speakers won't cause compass deviation or affect sensitive electronics.

You can count on these speakers for many seasons on the water — sealed motors, cones, and locking terminal covers keep the water out, while UV treatments on the cones, surrounds, baskets, and grilles prevent damage from the sun. Fresh water or salt, they'll sound great for years.

Note: Kicker describes this model as a 6" speaker. Most manufacturers designate this same frame size as a 6-1/2" speaker. For simplicity's sake, we list it as a 6-1/2" speaker.

Features

Marine-ready: The Kicker KM6200 Marine Coaxial Speakers are engineered to meet or exceed industry standards for environmental humidity and corrosion, and for material degradation due to UV exposure. The speakers feature sealed motors, cones, and locking terminal covers. UV treatments on the cones, surrounds, baskets, and grilles help them last in freshwater or saltwater environments.

MAXBasket Geometry: The speakers are engineered using Kicker's MAXBasket Geometry, meaning an oversized, louder 6.5" cone performs in a speaker basket designed for a smaller 5" cutout.

Injection-molded Woofer Cone: The injection-molded polypropylene cones have excellent UV, pollution, and moisture resistance. For increased durability, the midranges use Santoprene surrounds.

Integrated Grilles: The KM6200s come with a water-resistant, bolt-through, high-impact plastic grille with the 3/4" titanium-domed tweeter permanently mounted in the center of the grille. Note: The grilles are not designed to be removed.

Magnetic Shielding: The KM6200s are engineered with the highest level of magnetic shielding available, minimizing compass and gauge deviation in your dash.

Terminal Cover: The speakers feature splash- and spray-resistant locking terminal covers. These covers have water-resistant gaskets to prevent terminal corrosion and electrical shorting.

Stainless Hardware: The provided hardware is forged from corrosion-proof 316L stainless steel.

Great Speakers

I replaced my tired, weak, 14 year old, OEM JVC 6.5"s with these. These Kicker's are beefy! I currently have these running off the factory 14 year old head unit, and they sound 100% better. However, these speakers need some power and would really scream with an external amp (along with a new head unit). I would highly recommend taking out your current speakers and measuring the area around and behind before ordering, as these are larger than a standard 6.5" speaker.

Need power to truly perform at their best
