This Q-custom enclosure is designed to be installed in the passenger's side rear
quarter panel in the 2002 and up Chevrolet Trailblazer, GMC Envoy, and
Oldsmobile Bravada.
Note: This enclosure is
made for the 5-passenger models only. It will not fit EXT, XL, or XUV
models.

The enclosure and fascia panel are made of strong, lightweight, brown,
thermo-formed ABS plastic. The side panel
of the enclosure features a 5/8"-thick MDF baffle for mounting the 10"
woofer.
All mounting hardware, including a 2-piece metal mounting bracket, is included.

suitable for drivers designed for small, sealed enclosures.
Grille: A matching brown
pressure-fit, flush-mount grille is supplied for a custom look.
Speaker Terminals: The
Q-custom has two spring-loaded binding posts, which can securely accept bare
wire, pin connectors, banana plugs and dual banana plugs.
Woofer Orientation: Once the
enclosure is mounted in the vehicle, the woofer fires sideways toward the center

Installation Notes
Panel Removal: Before the
subwoofer enclosure can be installed, removal of the factory side panel is
required. This requires a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the upper trim
panel, and a #50 Torx bit to remove the upper and lower seat belt bolts.
Bracket Installation: In order
to install the mounting bracket, you will need a 10mm socket or wrench. The
amplifier on Bose-equipped vehicles is mounted in the same location. The bracket
will install over the amplifier using the same bolts that secure the amplifier.
Lower Trim Panel: In order for
the mounting studs to pass through the lower trim panel, holes will need to be
drilled in the storage pocket area. A drill and 3/8" drill bit will be needed.
Woofer Installation: Because
the enclosure is secured to the mounting location from the inside of the
enclosure, it is necessary to fully install the enclosure in the vehicle before
mounting the woofer in the enclosure.
