Our take on the Sony NWZ-S618

The Sony NWZ-S618 Walkman provides on-the-go playback for music, video, photos and more. Its eight-gigabyte embedded memory holds over five days of near-CD-quality music, or 30 hours of video. A built-in FM tuner rounds out your listening options.

A crisp, bright LCD screen displays your images and videos in color, and you can choose either vertical or horizontal orientation for the best view. On-screen icons and intuitive controls make navigation easy. And managing your library is simple, too. Connect the Walkman to your computer with the provided USB cable, and you can transfer files just by dragging and dropping.

The built-in rechargeable battery delivers up to 35 hours or audio playback, or 9-1/2 hours of video viewing on a full charge.

Perfect

Written By Patrick, Vegreville, AB on Thursday, July 31, 2008

I bought this MP3 player in October, and I have used it almost every say since. I have not encountered a single glitch, it has never frozen, and every feature works perfectly. I also really enjoy the battery life, especially on long trips. It has plenty of features such as an equalizer and the video size is large enough. I am completely satisfied with my purchase, and I hope you will be as well.
