With a hands-free Bluetooth kit, you can integrate your compatible phone with your car's factory stereo system. This wiring harness makes that integration even simpler.

Remove the plug from the back of your factory radio. The General MotorsBluetooth Wiring T-harness plugs into that factory plug, then provides a connection to your factory radio and the Bluetooth kit. Reinstall the factory radio and mount the Bluetooth kit, and you're ready to go. When your cell phone rings, your radio or CD player is muted automatically, and the sound from your phone comes through your front speakers. Warranty: 1 year.

Features

Overview: This adapter harness allows you to install a compatible Parrot Handsfree Bluetooth cellular kit into select GM vehicles. One end of the adapter has a light gray/black rectangular 20-pin female connector and the other end of the adapter has the following connectors: black/blue rectangular 20-pin male connector, black rectangular 16-pin male connector (has two separate 8-pin connectors), and black rectangular 16-pin female connector (has two separate 8-pin connectors). The black 16-pin connectors plug into the Parrot harnesses, while the light gray/black and black/blue connectors interface with the vehicle's factory wiring.

I have a '98 Chevy Pickup with an after-market stereo and I was still able to use this with a Parrot blue-tooth device, no problem. Once you see how simple this is to hook-up, you'll realize it's worth every penny.

The wiring harness that comes with the Parrott 3200LS does not work on my mint condition 1990 Caddy. I ordered the harness from Crutchfield which arrived promptly which I installed and was working perfectly in less than an hour. Thanks Crutchfield!!

Parrot 3200 with GM wiring harness

I installed the Parrot 3200 with the GM wiring harness in my 2001 GMC Sonoma, a perfect fit, perfect install. It was far easier than installing the Parrot 3200 in my 1999 Olds Bravada using pigtail connectors. (I had to cut and solder about 30 wires.) Both units work great, paired with a Verizon Treo 700 and a Nokia 3102i. I would highly recommend the Parrot 3200 for simple, effective handsfree bluetooth cellphone use in any vehicle. Buy a connecting harness if possible. It greatly reduces the installation time and complexity.
