Features
Product Overview: The On-Q AU1060 Universal IR Remote Control
allows you to interact with your Cat 5 Audio Distribution system from any room
where a Keypad Volume Control or Main Source Input is located. Out of the box, the remote is ready to control On-Q systems from any mode. The remote can be
programmed to control up to 8 devices, and has a learning feature. It is powered
by 2 "AA" batteries (supplied).
Programming Functions: The On-Q universal remote can control up to eight
different devices, including On-Q devices. By entering in the manufacturer's codes, you can program the
remote to control a TV, DVD, CD, Cable/Satellite box, Audio device, and two Auxiliary sources.
Learning Functions: The remote includes a learning feature
so you can add functions that are unique to your audio/video devices. By aiming
the On-Q remote at the source device's remote, the functions can be learned by
the On-Q remote.
Macros: The On-Q remote includes the ability to program any key (except Setup) with a Macro function. Each one can be set up to perform a pre-programmed set of sequential
key presses with the press of one key. Each Macro Key can hold up to a total of 15 key presses.
Keymover: The remote includes a Keymover feature that allows you to map (or copy) keys from
one mode to another mode (i.e. from source mode to destination mode), or to a different key in the same mode.
Volume Lock: The On-Q remote comes preset to allow independent
volume control of each selected device (Global Volume Unlock). You may change
the Volume Lock setting to Global Volume Lock so that one device's volume will
control volume in all other modes.
