My name is Kramer and I'm here to make your Crutchfield experience as complete and as exciting as possible! I am an audio and video enthusiast at heart but more importantly, I enjoy helping people. I'm in a unique position where not only do I have the fun of selling "toys", but at the same time I have an opportunity to make your experience with these products one that you'll love through amazing service.

My priority when you call, chat, or email with me is to live in your shoes during that exchange and find the right equipment for you with personalized service and recommendations. Why me? I've been with Crutchfield for five wonderful years. During this time I've developed a unique approach to finding the best possible solutions for my customers. I'm a Crutchfield Excellence award winner, and take pride and satisfaction in helping each of our customers choose and love their new gear.

Holy Balls! This guy is amazing. I threw every angle of nerd-speak at him and he did nothing but bring me joy with informed answers. He absolutely knows everything. Kramer definitely knows what he's talking about. He help me outfit my Jeep Wrangler with some great sounding audio. (not an easy task in a jeep). He also did it on a shoe string budget and came in under the number I set. I can't say enough about Kramer and the support staff at Crutchfield. They have earned another customer for life here!

All I can say is "awesome!" I called Crutchfield at random to inquire on a quality sound sytstem for my son's vehicle and reached Kramer. After speaking with him on possibilities, options, and affordability the inquiry turned in to a purchase. This guy really knows his stuff and could read right into my needs, I am from the old school in the sound system world so he really enlightened me on today's technology and features that I never imagined would have existed. I was shocked that he had spent so much time with me and with zero pressure which is not common these days. I thought to myself "I could just be someone calling with no purchase in mind," but he had never once pushed me for a purchase. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to customer service sold me on Crutchfield. The products he recommended were shipped in a timely manner and I was able to install all components with the installation guides provided and tech support targeted towards my specific vehicle. The sound and quality, well you would just need to see the look on my son's face when we powered it up and that would say it all. I could not personally believe that in the past I have paid almost double the cost elsewhere for equipment that sounded no where near as clean as this. Thank you Kramer for putting a couple of smiles on a kid and a big kids face, you are a true professional at what you do.

I called to place an order for a home theater receiver and Kramer was the adviser that answered my call. I got outstanding customer service and answers to several questions. I never felt like a number or unimportant to Kramer. He asked several questions to find out what my end goals were with my new home theater setup. I wasn't sure whether to go for a projector or TV and Kramer provided advice without being pushy. I also wasn't sure whether to go with in wall or wall mounted speakers. Kramer gave me some information that helped me to decide. He then recommended (again without being pushy) that I consider buying Definitive Technology speakers. I went to my local Best Buy to listen to the speakers and was very impressed with the sound quality. My ordering experience and customer service quality were hands down the best I've ever had with any company. I was extremely impressed with the handwritten thank you notes that I received in the mail shortly after I made a couple of purchases. Wow! You just don't see that kind of personal attention in customer service anymore. The home theater is all setup and all I can say is WOW! Thanks Kramer for making this a great buying experience!

Like to take a moment to thank Crutchfield an Kramer for great customer service. I spoke with Kramer about upgrading my sound system in my 2005 Jeep Liberty Renegade an upon looking an owning many Kenwood componets he adivsed me of a great system to put together consisting of the kdc-x395 excelon cd reciever along with the Kenwood 900w dual 12" bass package..i wanted to slowly build my system due to funds these days so i went ahead with his advise an ordered the excelon head unit with 4-61/2 kenwood kfc-1662s speakers..i ordered on 4-3-11 an recieved today 4-5-11 an along with ordering the speakers an reciever i got all the necc.adapters which made it easy....Im totally impressed with the sound i am getting just from the reciever an speakers i many wait alittle longer for the bass package....An those of ya that own a Liberty with the Infinity sound dont be fooled i still have the factory amps hooked up to the kenwood kfc-1662s an they sound Great.....anyways thanks kramer an Crutchfield for an outstanding expericance dealing with you an will deff. be a returning customer...Thanks

I called Crutchfield a few months ago and was wanting to find out some information about running an amp in my Jeep Wrangler. I had purchased all Alpine products( stereo, 6 speakers) and wanted to find the best fit for my system. My advisor was Kramer and he let me know about Alpines 445 amp that required no running of cables all about the Jeep. It was a simple plug and play amp. I was very interested in this as i have the ability to spend hours running wires, but would rather not. I have recently purchased this amp and am currently waiting for it to get here. Kramer could have recommended any higher dollar amp and i probably would have followed his recommendation, but let me know about this amp which is exactly what i was looking for. I just need to be able to here the music when i drive around with the top down. The factory system was horrible to listen to. This is my second purchase from Crutchfield, and now my son is interested in the same type setup i will have. When he's ready, Kramer will be our guy. Thanks Kramer for the help and honesty, it was appreciated.

Kramer was so friendly in his response to me. I asked about amps and what i got was a paragraph of him introducing himself and welcoming me to the audio world, then 4-5 paragraphs concerning my question. He also added his suggested items to my cart so that I could quickly look them up. I couldn't be happier with the way that Kramer represented the best managed company in America, Crutchfield.

I have a 1988 Mustang GT with fairly shallow door panels. I felt like I needed to boost the mid-bass in the car (plus I had speaker holes there - no sense in wasting them). I tried several different options and couldn't come up with anything that fit right. After less than a minute of talking with Kramer he knew EXACTLY what I needed (Infinity Reference 6020cs). Installed this evening in less than an hour and I can't even describe the incredible difference it made. The mid-bass is punchy, just ABSOLUTELY what I was missing, and I can't thank Kramer enough. Not only do the speakers kick butt, but Kramer does as well. Cordial invitations from me to him for Barbecue and Beers. Thanks again, Kramer.
