Features

Overview: The Thule 997 - Goalpost provides a rear mounted load bar for easier transportation of canoes, kayaks and long loads. It includes 58" Thule load bar for attachment of watersport carriers and 2 load stops are included for extra load stability.

Compatibility: The Thule 997 fits 2" receiver hitches. Its easy height adjustment allows for different size trucks with telescopic design. Its anti-wobble design keeps GoalPost snug in your vehicle's receiver hitch. The Thule 997 works great with Thule's new Half-Packs for long load stability and is load bar compatible with all Thule accessories.

Note: All long loads such as, but not limited to, sailboards, surfboards, kayaks, canoes and lumber must be tied down front and rear to the bumpers or tow hooks of the vehicle.

Construction: The Thule 997 - Goalpost features black powder coated, structural steel construction and comes supplied with polypropylene straps. The tubing also features twin-coat protection inside and out.
