Use a circular polarizing filter with a compatible lens for clear, high-contrast photos when shooting outdoors in bright sunlight. This filter reduces the reflections on non-metallic surfaces, like water and glass. Rotate the adjustable ring until you see the desired effect in your viewfinder, and then snap a photo. You'll capture scenes with vivid, saturated colors. A special coating reduces flare and ghosting.

Features

Overview: The HOYA multi-coated circular-polarizing filter eliminates reflections from non-metallic surfaces, such as water and glass. The filter's multi-layer coatings reduce ghost images and flare. The multi-coated circular-polarizing filter also helps to increase contrast and color saturation by allowing over 97% light transmission. An adjustment range provides a range of effects. A camera angle of 30-degrees from the reflecting surface is ideal for maximum effect. The filter is recommended for TTL and AF cameras and video camcorders. This filter fits most lenses with a 62mm thread diameter.

Note: The HOYA multi-coated circular-polarizing filter does not affect the overall color balance of your photo or video image.
