Features

Compatibility: This enclosure fits on the passenger's rear side panel between the wheel well and the tailgate opening of 96'-98' Toyota 4-Runners. A portion of the enclosure fits into the side storage pocket, so once the enclosure is installed, the passenger side rear storage pocket will not be useable. The plastic fascia may be painted to color match the interior of the vehicle in which the enclosure is being installed. Check the Install Guide for applicable vehicles.

Enclosure Description: The main body of the enclosure is made of particle board and is covered with medium gray/black box carpet. The enclosure front is covered with a molded plastic plate. Protruding from the back of the enclosure is a large molded plastic cup that is shaped to fit into the storage pocket of the above mentioned vehicles. Once the enclosure is secured to the mounting location, a dark brown plastic fascia is placed over the enclosure and attached to the enclosure using the woofer and woofer mounting screws. The fascia has a wrinkled surface pattern and may be painted to match the interior of the vehicle in which the enclosure is being installed.

Enclosure Type: This  enclosure is made for use with drivers designed for small sealed enclosures.

Wiring and Terminals: The wire supplied to connect the terminal cup to the woofer is terminated at both ends with 0.210" female quick slides. The input terminals are gold plated 5-way binding posts with plastic wire retaining nuts.

Mounting: The enclosure is held in place by two 1-1/2" screws; two holes for the screws must be drilled into the enclosure.
