Where do we ship?
We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APOs/FPOs, America Samoa, Guam, the Mariana Islands, and the Republic of Palau.

How do we ship?
Our shipping options for the 50 United States include UPS and FedEx. Our standard shipping method for Puerto Rico is UPS. For APO/FPO addresses and the other U.S. territories, we ship via Priority Mail. For customers in Canada, please visit CrutchfieldCanada.com to place your order.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Our standard shipping is 1-7 business days to physical addresses within the 50 states and Puerto Rico. Orders to APO/FPO addresses or the other U.S. Territories take about 2-3 weeks. Allow extra time for remote locations. Note: items shipping via our Large Item Special Shipping are limited to the 50 United States.

How about items that require special handling?
Items that require special handling must be shipped to a physical US residential address in the 48 states. Our freight carrier is Eagle USA Freight. You can expect a phone call in 4-6 business days from the day the order ships. The delivery date is decided during the phone call from Eagle Freight. Freight deliveries are available Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM. Any delivery outside of normal business hours is subject to additional costs.

Does free shipping apply to me?
Free shipping applies anywhere in the 50 states, and Washington, D.C., on orders that meet the free shipping offer available at the time of the purchase. Free shipping details.

How can I get a copy of an invoice without prices?
Unfortunately we can not provide you with a copy of the invoice without prices. All of our merchandise ships with the invoice in the box and pricing listed. This invoice cannot be altered or removed.
