Overview

General Overview: This round terminal cup features dual spring-clip terminals that will accept bare wire and pin connectors. The spring-clips are color-coded for positive and negative terminals. On the side that connects to the speaker, there are two 0.205" male quick-slides (will accept a 0.205" female quick slide).

Note: Speaker wire and female quick-slides are needed to connect the terminals to the speakers.

  • Overall: Diameter = 2.955", Depth = 1.275"
  • Cutout: Diameter = 1.915", Depth = 1.125"

Why no screws?

It works fine, and did exactly what it was supposed to. But why not include the screws to mount the dumb thing? I would have gladly paid a few bucks more to get some mounting hardware.

My "In- Wall" Installation

I used these for "in the wall" wiring for my surround sound, I know that's not
what they were made for, but they sure did work perfectly. A cheap hole saw
attachment for my DeWalt Drill and they pop right into the wall, a perfect, flush
fitting, professional look, and very inexpensive. Everything else I looked at
required the mounting of an electrical box in the wall, not easy to do if it's not
new construction, and the "box type" ones are easily twice as big as these. I
was absolutely thrilled with the ease of mounting and the finished look. It
looks like a pro installed my surround speakers. Thanks crutchfield, you
delivered again.
