Features
Overview: The LG AG-S250 3D active glasses
enable you to view 3D video and images on a 2011 3D-ready LG flat-panel TV. To
experience LG's 3D technology, you need a 2011 LG 3D-ready flat-panel TV and these LG's 3D Active Shutter Glasses (AG-S250); along with
an HDMI connected 3D source; such as a Blu-ray player or Satellite receiver
(with 3D content). The result is a
beautiful, full HD 1080p 3D experience that brings you closer to the action from
the comfort of your home.
Note: In addition to the 3D
active shutter glasses and compatible 2011 LG 3D-ready HDTV, you will also need
an HDMI connected 3D source (such as a Blu-ray player or Satellite
receiver), and 3D software content.
Compatible 3D-Ready LG TVs: The LG 3D
active shutter glasses (AG-S250) are compatible with the following 2011 LG
3D-ready flat-panel televisions (as of April 2011).
- Plasma TVs: PW350, PZ550, PZ750, PZ950 series
- LED-LCD TVs: LW9500 series
Note: Not compatible with previous (2010-earlier) LG
3D-ready flat-panel televisions which transmitted 3D signals via IR.
RF (Radio Frequency)-Based: The LG wireless 3D glasses use
RF (2.4GHz) wireless communication to view 3D images from your 2011 LG 3D-ready
flat-panel television.
Shutter Glass Technology: Shutter
glass technology uses liquid crystal to deliver great 3D images with virtually
no "ghosting", or image trailing, and synchronizes with your LG
3D-ready television to let
you enjoy 3D technology to the fullest. The glasses themselves contain special
liquid-crystal lenses, which actively lighten and darken with the 3D content.
The full 3D effect is created when each eye sees a slightly different image.
Comfortable Fit: The LG AG-S250 3D active glasses feature a
lightweight design, flexible nose-piece, and folding earpieces for a comfortable
fit. The AG-S250 is even designed to fit over prescription glasses. The LG
AG-S250 will fit most adult faces.
Rechargeable Battery: The LG 3D
active shutter glasses feature a built-in rechargeable battery (5V/100mAh). The included USB cable connects between the glasses
micro-USB port and the USB port on your compatible 2011 LG 3D-ready TV to charge the internal
battery. The battery takes approximately 2-hours to fully charge.
Auto Off Function: The Auto Off
function automatically turns the 3D glasses off if it senses no RF signal from
the LG TV. A change in the distance or angle from the TV when the user moves can cause the Auto Off feature to activate.
Cautions:
- Please note that if you watch 3D TV for too long while wearing 3D
glasses, you may experience headaches or fatigue. If you experience
headaches, fatigue, or dizziness, stop watching immediately and rest.
- Pregnant women, people with heart issues, people who get easily
nauseous, as well as person with epilepsy should not watch 3D videos.
- Use this product only for viewing 3D TV. Don use it for any other
purpose. If you use the 3D glasses as normal glasses, sunglasses, or
protective goggles, your eyesight may be damaged.
