D'Appolito Speaker Array: The PSB Alpha
Series C1 center channel's D'Appolito speaker array design employs a
single .75" ferrofluid-cooled, aluminum dome tweeter flanked by
a pair of 5.25" mid-woofers to create a wide soundstage with
increased on and off axis performance. The C1 center channel
easily handles complex on-screen action and dialogue.
Dual 5.25" Woofers: The PSB Alpha Series C1
speaker employs dual 5.25" injection molded metalized polypropylene woofers
with rubber surrounds or accurate, detailed mibass response.
0.75" Tweeter: The Alpha Series C1 is equipped
with a 0.75" aluminum dome, ferrofluid-cooled tweeter for crisp,
clear high frequency reponse.
Waveguide: The C1 center channel's tweeter utilizes an
acoustical waveguide to deliver, more even high frequency response, no
matter what part of the room you're in.
Crossover Network: The tweeter and woofer are
crossed over at 3,000 Hz.
Magnetically Shielded: The C1 is magnetically
shielded for safe placement adjacent to your television.

Wood Grain Vinyl Cabinet: The PSB Alpha Series C1
features a black wood grain vinyl cabinet that matches almost any decor.
Bass Reflex Design: The PSB C1center channel speaker
utilizes a bass reflex enclosure with a rear-firing port for greater
efficiency and bigger bass response.
Aluminum Grille: The center channel speaker comes with a removable
aluminum (metal-mesh) black grille.
Connections
5-Way Binding Posts: The 5-way binding posts will
accept bare wire (up to 12-gauge), pin connectors, spade connectors,
banana plugs, and dual banana plugs.
Color-Coded: The speaker's binding posts are
color-coded (red/black) for easy identification between positive and
negative.
Mounting Options
Rubber Feet: The PSB C1 center channel includes four self-adhesive rubber feet to
safely and securely place the speaker on a floor-stand or other AV furniture.
Wall Mounting: The PSB Alpha Series C1 center
channel provides dual keyhole slots and four 1/4"-20 threaded inserts to
wall-mount the speaker.
- Dual Keyhole Slots: The Alpha Series C1
loudspeaker has two keyhole slots on the back panel to easily wall-mount
the speaker.
- 1/4"-20 Threaded Inserts: The C1 also
features four rear-panel 1/4"-20 threaded insert to wall-mount the speaker using an
optional articulating bracket (sold separately).
