Having trouble finding a spot near your flat-panel TV where you can place a compact speaker? The CSB-505-BLK easily attaches to the top of your TV and gives you a stable place for a single satellite speaker. It's a great solution for apartments and other rooms where drilling mounting holes into your wall isn't an option.

This compact shelf is designed for a small- to medium-sized satellite speaker with a maximum depth of 5". A thick rubber cap at the end of the leg tightens against your TV to keep the shelf securely in place. You can also adjust the mounting screws to angle the speaker down towards your listening position for better sonic performance. The top plate of the shelf is fitted with a foam strip on the bottom to protect the finish on your TV, and comes with a non-slip mat to keep the speaker from sliding around.

    Overview: Center Stage Brackets were developed to meet the growing demand for brackets that would allow consumers to place center channel speakers on top of flat-panel LCD, LED, and Plasma television displays.

    High-Grade Aluminum Construction: The Center Stage Bracket is constructed of high-grade aluminum and uses adjustable steel hardware. It is available in a power coated gloss-black finish. Each bracket is outfitted with a protective foam strip (which protects the television) and comes with a non-slip mat to keep your center speaker securely in place and free from damage or sliding.

    Low-Profile Design: This low-profile model (CSB-0505-BLK-Satellite) is designed to accommodate television which are wall-mounted or table-top mounted, and will work well in nearly any home theater setup. This model is suited for small-sized speakers which have a maximum depth of 5-inches and weigh up to 5 lbs.

    Center Channel Application: The Center Stage Bracket is suited for a wide range of speakers and televisions. The Center Stage Bracket allows speakers to be easily and quickly  mounted on top of modern flat-panel televisions whether they are freestanding or wall-mounted. The Center Stage Bracket is aesthetically pleasing and allows the center channel speaker to be placed in an optimal position without damage to the television.

    Installation: The Center Stage Bracket features a low-profile design that is easy to install. It universally mounts on top of most flat-panel televisions that are freestanding or wall-mounted. The Center Stage Bracket features a top plate with a protective foam strip that rests on the top of your flat-panel television, and an adjustable leg support which clamps to the back of your flat-panel TV for an easy and secure installation. A non-slip mat is provided to place over the top plate to keep your center-channel speaker from sliding.

    In keeping with the suggested premise that the ctr. speaker of a home system should be of the same brand as the mains,I returned my week-old Def.Tech. ctr. speaker to my local store. It was a difficult decision since I got a very good deal on this open box ProCenter 1000 and - it sounded great. But being a " newbie " to home theater and reading scores of articles, reviews, how-to's, and forums dedicated to the subject, I decided to heed the advice of more experienced folks and keep the mains and ctr. speaker of the same brand. OK, here's where I lose a lot of you 'cause I learned, that MANY folks hate Bose. Well, I don't. Always had 'em. In the 70's - 90's I had the 501's. I truly enjoyed those speakers but due to their size along with relocating to another city and smaller apartment, I sold them. Replaced them with a pair of 301's. Also sounded great but I really do miss those 501's! Yes, if it weren't for the cost, - - - and my wife ;) you'd find a pair of brand new 901's perched upon Bose speaker stands in my living room today! Well, sold the 301's and last month got brand new Series V 301's ) Whoa, sorry. Back to the speaker shelf. So, I bought a Bose Acoustimass Horizontal Cube Center speaker. Excellent sound and it sits perfectly upon the solid, aesthetically beautiful CSB-505-shelf. It's great having the dialogue at ear level and about 8" forward of the mains. This placement resolved my " hearing " problem IMMENSELY! Great product at a fair price. Thank you

    Looks great, not another piece of electronic equipment that I need to " hide " somewhere. Therefore, the wife approves of this purchase! Five stars for that alone!!!!!

    This product worked great for adding a place to put Center speaker or DirecTV reciever. It was a little close fitting on the wall mounted LG TVs. Also the price is just a little steep for what the product really is.

    I was apprehensive at first about putting the center speaker above the TV, but I'm so glad I did. It looks awesome! The shelf is simple and does the job very well. Even when I slide the TV over on its articulating swing wall mount, neither the speaker nor the shelf budges an inch.

    Had to revise the way it went together for my fatter plasma screen, but it worked well in the end. It ended up tilting the speaker a bit which is exactly what I wanted. Holds an Energy Take Classic Center speaker pretty well.

    I finally got around to putting together a modern entertainment center, 55"
    Samsung LED 8000, Yamaha A/V receiver, Mirage 5.1 Nanosats. Everything was
    great except my wife didn't want to see the speakers at all. She wanted them
    behind the TV which was sitting on a TV bench. This ruined the surround sound
    effect because the center channel, the most important channel was blocked by the
    TV. This center stage bracket is the perfect solution. Easy to assemble and install
    it works perfectly. It gets the speaker out from behind the TV where it can be heard
    clear as a bell.

    I was looking for something for the Xbox Kinect I didn't want to use the wall mount as I am
    a renter and didn't want to make holes in the walls that I would have to repair later. The
    reviews for the floor stand dissuaded me. I finally came upon this and low and behold
    another reviewer bought it for the same reason. This smaller size shelf is perfect for
    putting the Kinect box on. I didn't give it 5 stars because although I have a flat panel tv it is
    thinner at the top and gets wider a couple inches down I had to remove the rubber foot on
    the shelf it just wouldn't fit with it on. It still holds the Kinect box without the rubber foot.
    Before getting this shelf I was unable to use my Kinect no matter where I put it, it wouldn't
    calibrate. I am satisfied with this shelf as now I can use my Kinect. woohoo!

    I used the Center Stage Bracket CSB-505 to place a Apple TV unit on top of my Sony TV
    which hangs on the wall. This allows for a very clean look with no wires showing.
    Instead of using the non-slip mat which came with the Center Stage Bracker I used
    Velcro which I believe makes the Apple TV unit more secure.

    I got one of these after a suggestion to use it instead of the official Kinect TV mount because
    the official mount doesn't play nice with my Samsung TV (LN46A550). I have to say, this
    worked perfectly, and saved me money at the same time.

    The perfect solution for mounting a Kinect sensor bar above the TV.

    When I was buying it, I was trying to decide between the 505 and the 1205 which has the
    two mounting arm. The one arm is plenty for the Kinect.
