This cable is the typical high quality that I have come to expect from Monster. The price is on the high side, as it is with all Monster cables. But I am very fussy about my audio, so I pay the extra cost.

This cable is a really good product. Excellently built and is plenty long for my application. However it didn't increase the performance of my sub as much as I had hoped. My guess as to why is because I'm only running about 150 RMS, so there's not much to enable or enhance in the first place. But hey, rewards points got me this cable for dirt cheap.

Pros:

Great quality hardware Good length

Cons:

Not as important of a product for lower-end systems, it seems.

I replaced a lesser quality cable and found I had to re-adjust the settings as the connection & sound was superior. It came with a y-connector that was suggested by yamaha for a better connection.

Flexible cable and came with a y connection.

Superior Subwoofer Wire Believer

After my recent purchase and upgrade to a Polk DWS Pro 550 subwoofer, I decide to invest the extra $60 for the Monster SW600-4M sub cable. Prior to that I was not convinced upgrading to a top end sub cable would make much difference. As soon I switched out the high end Monster 400 audio cable I was using to the new sub cable I was able to hear the improved performance of a smoother tight bass response. Well worth the investment. A great subwoofer deserves a great conneciton cable. Now I can use the Monster audio cables to improve some other connections in my system.

Pros:

Excellent performance, nice to have the Y connector provided for subwoofer connection if needed, signal direction indicator on cable a + and a great appearance.

Cons:

The price of $5.00 per foot is a little high but I guess performance has its price.

I purchased this product since this product provided easy connection to my subwoofer. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the product included a Y RCA adapter which made connections to Subwoofer a breeze. Enjoying great sound on my subwoofer along with surround speakers. Highly recommend this product for subwoofer connection.

1. Easy connections. 2. Included Y RCA adapter. 3. Good length enabling testing trial placement of subwoofer before deciding best placement.

Cables/Wires Do Make A Differenc

Monster Cable makes many different types of cables for a reason to make each part of your system produce exactly what each componet is suppose to do blend ever piece together for the very best audio/video being transmitted via the cable or wire for each of the units. The 600sw is a prime reason to use the right cable or wire for the right part of the home threater system that will provide you with the best audio or video your equipment can produce. I have noticed a profound difference in the sound quality of the 2 powered subwoofers using the right cables so I know it works. I was using monster cable 400 audio cables, which did not provide the smooth bass that the right cable allows the subwoofer to reproduce . High quality cables keep what is being transmitted inside where it belongs and prevents leakage, which would change the audio or video from being what it was meant to be when reproduce by the equipment that is waiting to produce its magic with sharp and clear video and distortion free sound for your ears to enjoy.

I went online to the Crutchfield web site.......located what I wanted.......then called
Kramer with their Customer Service department.....and asked him several
questions..and asked for advice on which product to purchase......he answered
my questions to my satisfaction......I purchased the correct length of Monster
Cable for my Klipsch subwoofer ( I was wanting to rearrange my components)
and was told the arrival date of my item........it arrived even earlier.....than
promised......hooked it up upon arrival......and have been extremely happy ever
since.......perfect item selection....thanks to Crutchfield's
recommendations.....Crutchfield and Monster Cable....is the way to go.....!

I got the 600sw cable for my subwoofer and I was out done, this is a very good subwoofer cable the bass is so deep and clear. If you like to know that you have the best cable for your sub then this is the cable for you. for the price it's worth every penny . Now it feel like you right there in the movie it self very good, I recommend this cable to all my friends that want to have the best bass sound you could have from your subwoofer.

This is a good, high-end looking subwoofer cable. On the thick side but very bendable. Has a snug connection and the included splitter is a nice extra. Bass from the sub is loud and clear, but I don't really have another cable to compare it to. A bit on the expensive side (hence 4-stars), but if you have to know you have the best, this is your cable.

living/working overseas, it's tough to find the parts you need when you need them.

this cable fit my needs perfectly. a good, solid, snug connection with plenty of length for where i needed to put my Klipsch SUB-12 Sub while keep it connected to a AVR-347 receiver. the bass comes through strong and steady whether i'm playing my ps3 or watching movies.
