Delivery time for standard shipping to any of the 50 U.S. states or Puerto Rico is 1-6 business days (View Estimated standard delivery map).
Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include your physical address as the ship-to address for faster delivery.
Quicker shipping options are also available for most items, including next-day and 2-day air delivery. Most orders are delivered to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories other than Puerto Rico via Priority Mail for our standard shipping rates. Allow extra time for delivery.

Someone must be there to take delivery — The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery to your door or the lobby area of your apartment or condo. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package.
What to expect from the delivery driver — Please be prepared to unpack and install your equipment. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have someone else there to help you. The delivery driver will not help you unpack or set up your new equipment. Nor will he or she remove your old equipment or product packaging.
Keep the box — Please keep the product packaging. You’ll need it if you have to return or move your item.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders. Some items that ship from the manufacturer can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Merchandise amount thresholds for shipping prices apply to the cost of items after any special discounts have been applied and exclusive of any tax. These offers may end at any time.
