Overview: The Rosen Sirius/iPod Kit (DP-1055) includes an iPod/Sirius adapter interface cable and the SiriusConnect SC-C1 Universal Vehicle Tuner. The Sirius/iPod Kit allows select iPods and the included SiriusConnect SC-C1 Universal Vehicle Tuner (sold separately) to connect to specific Rosen Multimedia Navigation head units.

SiriusConnect Universal Vehicle Tuner (SC-C1): The Rosen Sirius/iPod Kit allows you to connect the included SiriuConnect SC-C1 Universal Vehicle Tuner to select Rosen Multimedia Navigation head units. Once connected, you can listen to Sirius Satellite Radio in your vehicle.

Note: Requires subscription from Sirius Satellite Radio.

iPod Compatibility: The included iPod/Sirius adapter interface cable supports audio playback, control, information display, and charging of specific iPods from select Multimedia Navigation head units.  This iPod/Sirius adapter interface cable supports the following iPods (as of Oct. 2009).

• iPod video (5th gen.)  *allows video playback
• iPod classic (80/120/160GB)
• iPod nano (1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th gen.)
• iPod touch (1st/2nd/red gen.)
• iPhone (3G/3GS)

Note: Variations of iPod software may cause compatibility issues.

Connections: The included iPod/Sirius interface adapter cable plugs into the iPod/SAT harness port on back of the Rosen Multimedia Navigation head unit. The other end of the interface harness features an Apple iPod dock connector which connects to your compatible iPod, and a proprietary SiriusConnect connector which plugs into the supplied SiriusConnect Satellite Radio Tuner (SC-C1).
