Customer Q&A

1 question already asked

Q
Can you use this harness without buying the Maestro ADS-MRR? Can you use it like a regular wire harness by just connecting the color coated wires and hooking it up to just the factory harness and aftermarket radio? Or Do you have to use the data cable, RCA cables, and the OBDII connection?

A
One end of this harness has oem plugs but the other end has a small plug that connects to the maestro box. The radio connection s are made to a separate harness that plugs into maesto box. I don't remember if the colors from the oem plugged harness matched the radio connection colors. If so, in theory, you could cut the little plug off and wire it to radio. I personally wouldn't take the gamble. Either get the maestro or buy a different harness. Hope this helps. Good luck.
