Plug a sonic upgrade directly into your car's system

Here's a way to upgrade your factory stereo without cutting any wires or losing features like your steering wheel audio controls. First you plug a HELIX vehicle-specific adapter harness into your car's audio system. Then, this 5-meter (16.4') EPC5 cable allows you to connect a HELIX Blue B ONE, B TWO, or B FOUR amplifier directly into your factory system, adding the impact and detail that only an outboard amp can provide.

Q
where does this plug into on the factory radio? does the cars wire harness plug into the "HELIX EPC5" then into the factory radio or does the "EPC5" plug jnto the factory radios cd changer port?

I returned my cable is it was not compatible with the bose sound system on my 2012 mazda 3 -- I checked at the amplifier under the passengers side front seat and at the back of the stereo, none of the connections were the same. If you have a non bose system, I would think it would plug into the back of the stereo. But if you have a bose system, just return it.

Thanks for your question Mitchell. Please contact an Advisor by phone or chat to discuss adding speakers to your vehicle. They will be able to help figure out what adapters and/or wiring you will need to accomplish this.
