Designed to give you factory fit and finish plus great sound and durability, this Q-Customs enclosure by Q-Logic holds one 10" Type 1 subwoofer and fits perfectly behind the driver's seat, atop the storage tray.
The photo shows how well this enclosure integrates with the interior of your vehicle. It looks like original equipment, but gives you deep, pounding bass no factory sound system can touch. Internal volume is 0.65 cubic feet. Warranty: 1 year.

Features
Compatibility: The enclosure's shape is made to fit the space behind the driver's seat of 88-97' full-size Chevy and GMC standard cab trucks. The enclosure is roughly wedge shaped with an extension protruding from the lower left corner (extension designed to rest on center portion of cab floor). There are two plastic feet on the bottom of the enclosure to stabilize it and prevent the plastic fascia from making direct contact with the floor. Check Install Guide for applicable vehicles.
Enclosure Type: This enclosure is made for use with woofers designed for small sealed enclosures.

Cosmetics and Design: The enclosure is made of 1/2" particle board, and it is finished with a molded plastic fascia that covers all but the back panel of the enclosure. The plastic fascia has a wrinkled surface pattern. The back panel is covered with medium gray/black box carpet. The friction fit grille is made of a flexible black plastic mesh.
Input Terminals: Gold plated 5-way binding posts with plastic wire retaining nuts.
Speaker Wire: The wire supplied to connect the terminal cup to the woofer is terminated at both ends with 0.205" female quick slides. One conductor has a black stripe on it's insulation (on the reviewed enclosure, the black striped wire was connected to the negative terminal of the terminal cup).
Mounting: The enclosure is made to sit behind the driver's seat in the above mentioned vehicles. For safety and sonic reasons, Ai Research recommends permanently securing the enclosure to the vehicle. NO MOUNTING BRACKETS ARE INCLUDED, so, to permanently attach the enclosure to the vehicle, a bracket kit (item 125B702KIT) will be needed or brackets and screws may be purchased from a hardware store. Bracket mounting requires drilling and screwing into the vehicle and enclosure.
