How can more than one speaker size fit a single location?
In many cases, you can use special adapter brackets to fit a smaller size into your factory speaker opening.

The adapter brackets are free with your speaker purchase!
If you need special adapter brackets to install your new speakers, Crutchfield provides them FREE with your speaker purchase.

Why choose a different size?
Aftermarket speakers matching the size of the factory opening may be too deep to fit. Or the tweeters may stick out too far. You may discover that we offer a better selection in a smaller size.
