About the Dual XDM6350
Dual's XDM6350 CD receiver combines great looks and driver-friendly controls — its big central knob and large buttons make for easy playlist and disc navigation. A powerful internal amplifier will improve your music's clarity and punch, while tone-shaping tools adjust the overall sound to your liking.
Pop in a CD loaded with your MP3/WMA files, or hook up a thumb drive full of your favorite tunes to the XDM6350's front-panel USB slot. You'll see track information on the receiver's display, and you can also use the USB slot to charge your portable devices. You can connect another audio player or plug-and-play satellite radio to the front-panel auxiliary input.
Three sets of preamp outputs make it easier to add amps and subs to your system, and you'll find the included wireless remote control handy for controlling the XDM6350 while you're driving.

In most vehicles, you can use this adapter to connect your vehicle's steering wheel controls to this Dual stereo. Connect a few wires, then program the adapter for your particular car and the Dual, and you'll retain the convenience of your steering wheel controls.

Detachable Face: The Dual CD Receiver features a detachable face-plate and comes supplied with a hard-plastic carrying case to store the receiver's face when detached.
LCD Display: The XMD6350 features a 10 character, black/white dot-matrix type LCD display for easy viewing during the day or nighttime.
12/24 Hour Clock: The unit's built-in clock will display 12-hour AM/PM time in USA frequency spacing mode. In European frequency spacing mode, the clock will display 24-hour time.
Display Dimmer: The headunit's display features three illumination dimmer settings to choose from; you can select Hi, Med, or Low.
Audio Section
Preset EQ Curves: The Dual CD Receiver features the following preset EQ curves to customize your music listening - Pop, Jazz, Classic, Beat, Rock, and Flat.
Bass And Treble: The Bass and Treble can be independently adjusted from -6 to +6. Bass and Treble settings are retained for each mode individually. Any adjustments to the Bass or Treble settings automatically cancel the current EQ curve.
Loudness Curve: Activating this feature will enhance the bass and treble frequencies when listening to music at low volume.
Preamp Outputs: The XMD6350 is equipped with three sets of preamp outputs (Front, Rear, and Subwoofer). The unit's subwoofer preamp output level can be adjusted independently from 0-12. Adjusting the subwoofer level to 0 turns the subwoofer output off.
Programmable Turn-On Volume: You can program the unit to turn on at a specific volume.
Source Volume Level: The Source Volume Level control allows a gain adjustment for each audio source (AM, FM, CD, Aux and USB). You can set the source volume level for each mode, depending on the relative volume of each audio source.
Radio Functions
AM/FM Tuner: The Dual XDM6350 features a built-in AM/FM tuner.
Preset Tuning: The built-in AM/FM tuner allows you to store up to 18 FM station presets and 12 AM station presets.
Seek Tuning: In addition to preset tuning, XMD6350's tuner allows Seek, Scan and Manual tuning of AM/FM stations.
CD Playback
CD Compatibility: The Dual XDM6350 headunit supports CD-Audio, CD-R, and CD-RW playback.
MP3/WMA Compatible: The headunit also supports MP3 and WMA file playback on CD-R and CD-RW discs. MP3 and WMA files must be recorded in the following formats - ISO9660 Level 1 and 2 or Joliet and Romeo. The headunit supports MP3 files with a bit rate of 32-320 kbps and WMA files with a bit rate of 32-192 kbps. The unit also supports ID3 tags version 1.0 to 2.0 for MP3 files.
Playback Features: The XDM6350 offers playback features such as Folder Access, Repeat, Random and Intro scan.
Aux/USB Connection
Auxiliary Input: The XDM6350 features a front-panel 3.5mm auxiliary input for connecting an external portable audio device such as a portable MP3 player.
USB Port: The Dual XDM6350 is equipped with a front-panel USB type-A port for playback of MP3/WMA files stored on a USB mass storage device formatted to the FAT or FAT32 file system. The XDM6350 can recognize up to 48,896 files (127 folders/382 files per folder). The headunit's USB port supports MP3 files with a bit rate of 32-320 kbps and WMA files with a bit rate of 32-192 kbps. The unit's USB port will also display ID3 tag information version 1.0 to 2.0 for MP3 files. The XDM6350 offers the following playback features for MP3/WMA USB files - File Select, Fast Forward/Reverse, Folder Access, Repeat, Random and Intro Scan. The unit's USB port will also charge your USB device during playback.
Remote Control
Wireless Remote Control: The XDM6350 comes supplied with a 20-button IR wireless remote control which provides complete control of the Dual CD Receiver.
Steering Wheel Remote Compatibility: The headunit features an OEM steering wheel remote control input on the rear of the unit to allow you to keep your vehicle's radio steering wheel remote controls when used with the optional PAC SWI-PS Steering Wheel Control Interface Adapter (127SWIPS, sold separately); or the optional Metra ASWC Steering Wheel Control Interface Adapter (120ASWC, sold separately).
