Our take on the Dual XDVD9101

Looking for a DVD receiver that fits your single-sized dash opening, features a beautiful touchscreen monitor, includes built-in iPod® control, yet won't break the bank? Dual's XDVD9101 DVD receiver is your answer, a sweet-looking stereo that will make all your road trips a blast.

Lots of ways to play all your tunes
Connect your iPod using the included cable, and you can browse your artists, albums, and playlists using the sharp 7" touchscreen. The XDVD9101 will play CDs loaded with MP3 and WMA files, plus you can load up a thumb drive and play your music through the front USB slot. A handy front-panel A/V input lets you hook up even more sources, like a game system, satellite radio, or an MP3 player.

Play your movies, too
Watch movies up front while you're parked, or hook up a monitor in back so your riders can watch their favorite DVDs while you drive. The rear A/V input lets you connect another source, giving your backseat passengers even more entertainment options, so you and your co-pilot can enjoy peace and quiet up front.

Nice sound, right out of the box
A strong built-in amplifier belts out your tunes and movies with ease, while the 24-bit digital-to-analog converter ensures superior sound. Tweak the tone to your liking using the bass and treble controls. Front, rear, and sub preamp outputs help you build a complete system with amps and subs.

Note: If you're going to use your iPod with this receiver, be sure to check "Details" for specific iPod model compatibility with this receiver.

10/10!

Written By Tanner, Santa Cruz, CA on Monday, October 18, 2010

I love this in-dash, by far the best receiver I've ever owned. I love all of the out puts and in outs it comes with. I have 2 amps running, 2 monitors, a reverse night vision cam, and a Ps2. It all works great together with no problems and sounds amazing, i rather watch movies in my car then in my house haha.

Dual XDVD9101

Written By 96super, Georgia on Monday, September 27, 2010

This unit is not a bad but, it lacks a lot of features that I would have really liked to have seen for the price. Plus, you have to wire the unit to your parking break just to watch your dvds. It does sound good, though.
